 BOOKINGS RELATED

 

I would like to book furniture however I am not 100% sure of numbers this early, how do we go about if I have to reduce/increase the furniture after I made the booking?

 

As long as you don’t remove more than 30% of the items you reserved, you can make changes right up to 7 days before the event at which time we need some certainty. You can always increase your order at any time providing we have the goods available.  Best to book more and remove some once you finalise your numbers.

 

I called but could not get through, how do I get in contact ?

90% of the time I will take your call however I have 3 children and do the school runs every day. If you cannot get in touch with me, please send me an email, I check and respond to emails daily.

If it is urgent, please call again or await my return call. I prefer emails over text messages.

 

I booked online and paid 50%, when is the balance due?

The balance is due 7 days prior to your event. You can do an eft. Our banking details are on the quote we provided (in the blue section in the middle)

If you prefer to pay the remaining 50% online you can do so using the same link or email us and we can send you a new credit card payment link.

 

I have completed a booking request but did not receive an email with a quote attachment?

Please email us the list of what you require and when, also if you require delivery and the address and we can send you a quote manually.

 

TRANSPORT RELATED

 

 

I am picking up myself, how does that work ?

 

Self-pick-up means you are collecting and physically loading the goods yourself. Please note the barrels weigh up to 60kg each so you will need to send strong people to collect, it is a two man lift into a ute.

 

 

Can I collect the goods myself ?

Yes sure, you can collect from our address 24 Brookfield Rd, Kedron. You do however have to have a reservation as we are not always there for self-collection.

 

I only need the goods for a few hours, can I pay less?

Our charge is per event and is a flat rate whether it is 1 hour or 4 days. You will be charged the same.

 

What days do you deliver ?

We generally deliver on Thursdays/Fridays and collect on Mondays/Tuesday. Our standard delivery fees only covers these days.

 

The venue we are using is not flexible and I need Saturday/Sunday/after hours delivery and collection, is this possible?

There is always a way and there would be additional cost associated but 99% of the time we can make it work, email us.

 

What time do you deliver ?

Usually, we are not 100% sure until the Tuesday before the event as we have to work out which deliveries can be done together. If you have a specific time, please email us for a response.

 

What if you deliver and I am not home?

Generally, we simply leave the goods behind the side gate or inside your fence line. The delivery fee is a driveway delivery and unless we can drive to the drop-off location our fee does not include taking the goods to your back deck, pool area etc. If you have special instructions regarding a dog or a locked gate, please let us know via email so we can make a note for the delivery driver.
